Correct me if I’m wrong, but all of us are striving to live as healthy of a life as possible, right?! For me personally, I try to exercise at least 3 days a week and choose nourishing healthy foods. This time of year is particularly hard with the holidays fast approaching, but I have a few things to help you along the way!
